Ph.D. Biotechnology form Central Food Technological Research Institute, Mysore University of Mysore, aged 42 years Field of specialization Bioremediation, Waste water Treatement, Pollution Abatement technologies, Organic Farming, Fermentation & Industrial Enzymes. Developed and commercialized a patent pending enzymatic process for the treatment of sewage and industrial effluents for water recovery and reuse. Technology validated by IC 2 Institute of University of Texas at Austin. Awarded Best Innovation by XLR8AP, AP Innovation Society, 2018. Technology recognised by the Government of AP as a promising solution for treating sewage and blockages in sewerage systems, cleaning up of drinking water storage reservoirs. A Process for conversion of Agri Wastes’ to Animal feed was developed and awarded the Best Technology by IIT Mumbai, E-Cell. Business Plan Competition. This technology was reviewed and Appraised by IC 2 Institute of University of Texas at Austin. Developed Nanotech based Bio active molecules for control of WIBTe Fecal Matter Syndrome and WSSV in Shrimp. Developed several Probiotic formulations and Microbial consortia for bio remediation of Aquaculture water, Industrial Effluents and Biohazardous wastes.
aged 33 years have 12 years of experience in Microbiology, Fermentation, Bio-fertilizers, Bio-pesticides, pro-biotics, Bio-inoculants, Bio-degradations, Bio -methanization process, Food Quality and safety etc. I was post graduated in Microbiology from Andhra University, Vizag and MBA(finance & Marketing). I have associated myself with IBT and working/supporting them on the Microbiological activities of BIO gas and BIO CNG plant.
K. Arun Ratna Kumar,
aged 42 years with an overall experience of 20 years in construction, designing, project management, interiors etc., in adherence to EHS policy, did my B.Tech Civil from SV University, Tirupathi and M.Tech (Structures) from JNTU Hyderabad. During my tenure I have completed three townships each having a capacity of 500 families and are self sustained with their own waste water treatment plants and reusing the same for gardening, toilet flushing, car washing etc., The capacities of the STP (sewerage treatment plant) are 2KLD, 3KLD & 4.5KLD. Two of them are anaerobic and one is electrolysis based design. Having experienced in designing and executing the STP structures I have associated myself with IBT and working/supporting them on the designs of BIO gas & BIO CNG plants.

I was graduated in Civil Engineering from JNTU Kakinada and I have two years of experience in supervision of Civil works and I have passionate in designs and drawings. I had also experience in cost estimation of digesters and Anaerobic Sewerage Plants.
